Suffolk County and JVC Broadcasting have announced that Freedom Fest, the county’s official celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, presented by Suffolk County and headlined with a free concert, will take place on July 3 at the Catholic Health Amphitheater in Farmingville and will serve as Suffolk County’s largest Independence Day and America 250 event.
Presented as Suffolk County Executive Ed Romaine’s America 250 Celebration, Freedom Fest will bring residents together for an unforgettable evening of live music, patriotism, and community pride. The high-profile event will feature a live performance by chart-topping country artist Brett Young, special guest performances, and will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display by the world-famous Grucci Family.
“This is more than a concert — it is a celebration of our nation’s history, our veterans, our families, and the spirit of Suffolk County,” said JVC Broadcasting CEO John Caracciolo. “Freedom Fest will be a signature America 250 event that residents can enjoy at no cost to taxpayers of Suffolk County.”
The event is free; however, tickets are required for entry due to venue capacity and security. Tickets will be distributed at no cost to residents through promotional partners and official channels. will be entirely supported through private sponsorships, advertisers, and in-kind community partnerships, ensuring no cost to taxpayers while delivering a premier civic experience. Local organizations and companies such as Long Island State Veterans Home, Discover Long Island, Jake’s 58, Maggio Environmental, Catholic Health, The Town of Brookhaven, and JVC Broadcasting have made this possible.
