A Baldwin man has been arrested for public lewdness after allegedly exposing himself outside a neighborhood home.
On June 22 around 2:00 p.m., Christopher Morris, 30, of 808 Allen Place, was sitting in a grey 2018 Nissan Maxima near a Baldwin home when a 37-year-old female victim allegedly observed him exposing himself and touching his genitals.
Following an investigation, authorities located Morris and placed him under arrest without incident.
Morris was charged with public lewdness. He is scheduled to be arraigned on July 15 at First District Court in Hempstead.
