Suffolk County police cited the manager of a Huntington Station establishment during an inspection.
In response to community complaints, Second Precinct Crime Section Officers, in conjunction with the New York State Liquor Authority, Town of Huntington Fire Marshal, and Town of Huntington Ordinance Inspector, conducted an SLA Inspection at Pasha Hookah Lounge, located at 332 East Jericho Turnpike, on October 17 at 11:09 p.m.
Precinct Crime Section officers cited three SLA violations to the manager, Imran Khalid, 47, of 17 Red Maple Lane, Dix Hills.
He is scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on November 6.
The Town of Huntington Fire Marshals and Town of Huntington Ordinance Inspector issued five combined Building, Fire and Code Violations to the owner and are conducting a further investigation into the business.
