Regarding “Schools Should Be Required to Show Percentage of Tax Increase” (May 20, 2024): Yes, taxpayers should be shown the percentage increase and also the amount of state aid and its percentage increase/decrease. Same should be true for village, town and county taxes and insurance premiums!
