A Bellport man was arrested for the sale of tobacco to a minor and was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 2nd degree.
Mohammed Rahman, 47 of Bellport, is an employee of US Petroleum, located at 607 station road. He was arrested here at approximately 5:50 p.m. after selling an E-cigarette to a minor. Suffolk county police then arrested Rahman.
Rahman was issued a Field Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip at a later date.
