Taking Names off Signs Isn’t Partisan — It’s Good Government
As former Nassau County Executive Laura Curran and new Suffolk County Executive Ed Romaine have demonstrated, removing your name from taxpayer-funded signs is not a partisan issue — it’s a matter of good government and putting the needs of the people you serve first. In the new year, it is my hope that County Executive Blakeman will take this reality into consideration and abandon his costly self-promotional practices.
