For decades, Palestinians have wanted the worldwide community to recognize a Palestinian state. The deal was always that this could be achieved, so long as they first agreed to recognize their neighboring state of Israel, which they have consistently refused to do.
So what are the lefty weaklings in England, France, Canada and our own progressive left doing? They decide to reward Hamas and the Palestinians for their October 7 massacre of Jews by granting them statehood without anything in return. Not even a return of the Jewish hostages they still hold.
All this does is reward the savages for their cold-blooded murder in 2023.
Can statehood be part of an overall deal? Of course it can. This is something that the U.S. and the Israelis have offered the Palestinians on numerous occasions in the past, and they’ve shut it down every single time, because they wouldn’t agree to an overall peace plan.
Don’t reward Hamas for massacring Jews, or taking Israelis hostage, or refusing to accept negotiated ceasefires.
Unfortunately, that’s just what these leftists are doing.
