Deport Criminal Illegal Aliens NOW!

The Trump administration is trying to rid the country of violent criminal illegal aliens. Meanwhile, the Democratic Party and their sympathetic judges are taking up the mantle of fighting for the criminal illegal alien.

The ridiculous argument used by the Democrats and their allies in the media is that the administration will be sweeping up innocent individuals, along with the illegal aliens who are to be deported.

But think about how absurd this is.

If you are questioned by a Homeland Security officer, if you’re here legally or not, the question can be answered in five seconds: “Yes I am here legally. Here is my green card.”

Or, “I don’t have my green card on me, but here is my green card number. Check it out.” Or, “I don’t have it with me but a quick call to my brother and I can have it delivered.”

Or, “Here is my name, place of origin and birthday. You can check them in your database that I came here legally.”

There is no way that a person with a proper green card would remain on the deportation list once the green card is produced, unless, of course, they have been deemed to have violated the terms of the green card, as was the terrorist-sympathizing former graduate student from Columbia University.

And you don’t have the right to claim that you are allowed to stay while you are here illegally simply because you didn’t commit another crime after crossing the border illegally. Coming across the border without authority is a crime. You can be deported for that. AT ANY TIME.

If you come into the custody of United States agents, and you cannot produce a green card, the American people have every right to be able to deport you. Your due process is the opportunity to supply a green card number. If you don’t have it, you’re not here legally, and you should be shown the door.

So if you were swept in with a raid on gang members and you aren’t a gang member but still live here illegally, the American public has no obligation to feel guilty about deporting you. That’s the risk every illegal alien must bear. Yes, you live in the shadows, and yes you fear deportation. That comes with the territory for any individual living illegally in another country.

Claiming that one who crossed over legally, but has not since committed another crime has a right to remain here indefinitely is the same as saying you’re for open borders.

So let’s stop handcuffing our agents from trying to enforce our immigration laws. Why should American citizen taxpayers load up illegals with taxpayer-funded lawyers? Why do we paint illegals as the victims and border agents as the mean, bad guys? Why continue finding illegals, only to turn them loose and tell them to come back to court years later?

Here’s the deal: If you want to come to the US, do it legally. If you don’t, please don’t cry to us that you are being deported if you can’t produce proof within 24 hours that you have a valid green card.
