Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who slashed another man with a knife in Central Islip in October.
A Bay Shore man was sitting in his 2016 Toyota when an unknown man approached the driver’s side door and slashed the victim in the chest and shoulder with a knife on October 31 at approximately 4:10 p.m. The suspect fled eastbound on Brightside Avenue. The suspect is described as a light-skinned male with a medium build, wearing a red sweatshirt, gray pants, and a Michael Myers Halloween mask.
