Brookhaven Town Councilwoman Jane Bonner was at Rocky Point Pizza on January 25 where she joined Suffolk County police officers from the 7th Precinct for “Pizza with a Cop.” The objective of Pizza with a Cop is for officers to interact with the residents they serve each day. “Pizza with a Cop” brought together police officers and the community members they serve to discuss local issues in Brookhaven Town. As the officers and the community get to know each other better, they become more comfortable, creating the opportunity for real conversations about issues that matter.
