Nassau County Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in a pond in Baldwin.
On September 28 at 7:50 a.m., officers responded to Milburn Pond for a body in the water. Upon arrival, they located and recovered the body of an unknown female. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene by responding Nassau County Police paramedics.
The investigation is ongoing.
