Suffolk County Police arrested two people for selling vape products and alcohol to minors at businesses in North Babylon and Deer Park.
In response to community complaints, First Precinct Crime Section officers conducted an investigation into the sale of vape products and alcohol to minors during which two businesses were checked for compliance with the law and violations were found at both.
The following people were charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st and 2nd Degree:
• Ashish Brahmbhatt, 36, of Dix Hills, an employee of Milk N’ Things, located at 1287A Deer Park Ave., North Babylon
• Sumit Dahiya, 28, of Deer Park, an employee of Speedway, located at 1800 Deer Park Ave., Deer Park
Brahmbhatt and Dahiya were both issued Field Appearance Tickets and are scheduled to appear for arraignment in First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.
