
A teenager has been arrested for the stabbing death of another person in Mineola.
On July 11 at 12:29 a.m., Nassau County officers from the Third Precinct responded to a 911 call for a stabbing at a Roosevelt Place residence. Upon arrival, officers found a 32-year-old man with a stab wound to his abdomen. The victim was transported to a local area hospital, where he was pronounced dead by a hospital physician. A 15-year-old male was arrested at the scene without incident.
Police charged the suspect with second-degree murder. He is scheduled to be arraigned on July 12 at the Youth Section of First District Court in Hempstead.
