A Seaford man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his parents to death at the Bethpage deli they both owned.
Nassau County officers responded to A & A Italian Deli & Pizza located at 4240 Hicksville Road. Upon arrival, officers observed Angela Pulisciano, 62, and Antonio Dambrosio, 70, both of Seaford, unresponsive with stab wounds. The female victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The male victim was transported to a local area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Police later located their son, Vito Dambrosio, 30, and arrested him. According to Eyewitness News, police found the younger Dambrosio’s hands and clothing covered in blood. It was also discovered that he had a sibling who had an order of protection against him due to his history of violence.
Vito Dambrosio was charged on December 5 with Murder in the First Degree. He was hospitalized and being evaluated for mental health issues, the news outlet reported. He was arraigned later that day.
