Roslyn Harbor Man Arrested for Public Lewdness

A Roslyn Harbor man has been arrested for allegedly committing an act of public lewdness.

According to Nassau County police, on July 12 at 6:22 p.m., Albert Lamotta, 64, of 22 Shaun Ridge, was outside of his residence allegedly exposing himself when he was observed by a 38-year-old woman. Officers responded to the scene and placed Lamotta under arrest without incident.

Police charged Lamotta with Public Lewdness. He was issued an appearance ticket and was asked to report to First District Court in Hempstead on  July 25.
