A Jericho man was arrested for a burglary that occurred in Manhasset.
On January 6 at 5:45 p.m., Nassau County police officers responded to Ethan M. Jewelers, located at 148 Plandome Road, for a commercial burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that an unknown male subject broke the front window of the business and removed various jewelry items before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.
After an extensive investigation, detectives located Kenneth Moore, 57, of 38 Jericho Turnpike, and placed him under arrest without incident. No injuries were reported.
Police charged Moore with Burglary in the Third Degree. He will be arraigned on January 23 at First District Court in Hempstead.
