A Levittown man was arrested for two stalking incidents that took place between October 4 and October 11 in Levittown.
Justin Sullivan, 26, of 19 Albatross Road, followed a 16-year-old female victim while operating a 2013 gray Nissan Rogue as she was walking home from school on Wantagh Avenue in the vicinity of Old Jerusalem Avenue. Sullivan drove past the victim numerous times on five different days and would wave at her while laughing.
On October 10, Sullivan was observed operating his vehicle and parked in front of the victim’s residence.
Subsequent to an investigation, detectives placed Sullivan under arrest at his residence without incident.
Sullivan is charged with fourth-degree stalking. He was scheduled to be arraigned on October 16 at First District Court in Hempstead.
