
Two men from Hempstead were arrested for allegedly committing a string of burglaries in Nassau County.
Kevin Calloway, 51, of 91 S. Franklin Avenue, and Dwayne Williams, 51, of 7 Manor Avenue allegedly broke into numerous establishments, pried open the ATMs and stole money from the machines before fleeing the scene.
After an extensive investigation, detectives located the defendants and placed them under arrest without incident. No injuries were reported.
Calloway and WIlliams were each charged with fourteen counts of Burglary in the Third Degree.
They are scheduled to be arraigned on July 2 at First District Court, Hempstead.
