Florida Man Arrested For Weapon Possession in Oceanside

A Florida man was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon in Oceanside.

On April 7 at approximately 8:44 p.m., the Critical Intelligence Rapid Response Team (CIRRT) officers saw a 2014 Hyundai driving north on Long Beach Road near Anchor Avenue with a broken rear tail lamp. The car then changed lanes without signaling. Officers turned on their emergency lights and conducted a Vehicle and Traffic Law stop.

During the investigation, officers retrieved the following items:

  • Sig Sauer P320 Handgun
  • CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Handgun
  • Sig Sauer M400
  • Five Large Capacity Magazines

Officers arrested Yuval Pryce, 40, of 1188 NW 45 Ter, Lauderhill, Florida, without incident.

Pryce is charged with the following:

  • Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree
  • Five Counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree
  • Criminal Possession of a Firearm
  • Multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law Violations

He was arraigned at First District Court on April 8.
