
An Elmont man was arrested for criminal mischief in Franklin Square.


Treston T. Isaacs Jr. for allegedly spray-painting this graffiti
On March 12 at approximately 1:12 p.m., Nassau County officers saw an unknown person wearing a mask and spray-painting graffiti on a storage container located at 550 Franklin Avenue. After conducting an investigation officers determined that Treston T. Isaacs Jr, 28, of 120 Savoy Avenue was allegedly responsible for spray-painting “506 OMM” and “516 OMM” on several places throughout Nassau County. Isaacs Jr. was arrested without incident.
Isaacs Jr. was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, possession of graffiti instruments, making graffiti, and Nassau County Local Law 1-2024 Title 90 – Mask Transparency Act. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to court on March 27 at First District Court.
Long Island Life & Politics reached out to the Nassau County Police Department for more information. They believe the graffiti was not gang-related.
