The Major Case Squad reports the details of a robbery that occurred at a jewelry store in Bellmore.
According to Nassau County Major Case Squad Detectives, multiple unknown subjects entered Philip Joseph Jewelers located at 2776 Sunrise Highway on August 22 at 12:50 p.m. The subjects began smashing the glass display cases with sledge hammers and removing assorted jewelry. The subjects then fled the scene in an unknown direction.
The investigation is ongoing.
