Bay Shore Man Arrested For Assault

Suffolk County officers arrested a Bay Shore man for allegedly attacking another man while on a Bay Shore street.

On February 25 at about 6:50 p.m., a man was walking on Main Street, near Third Avenue, when another man allegedly hit him in the head with a metal object and left the scene. 

The victim, who the police have not identified, was brought to a local hospital to be treated for severe injuries.

After an investigation by detectives, Ricardo Siguena, 32, was charged with assault in the second degree. He is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court on February 26.
