Two Arrested for Allegedly Selling Marijuana, Flavored Vapes

Suffolk County Police today arrested two people for allegedly selling marijuana and vape products during a compliance check at a Huntington business.  

Following an investigation by Second Precinct Investigative Unit officers, in conjunction with the Town of Huntington Ordinance Inspector and Fire Marshal, a search warrant was executed at Huntington  Village Vapes and Canna Culture, located at 4 Elm St., and two people were arrested for allegedly selling marijuana, THC products and flavored vape products.  

The business owner, Ryan Casillo, 42, of 2 Honey Lane, East Northport, was charged with two counts of  Criminal Possession of Cannabis in the Third Degree, a misdemeanor. An employee, Ryan Lembeck, 30, of 35 Wendover Drive, Huntington, was charged with Sale of Cannabis without a License, a misdemeanor,  and Unlawful Sale of Cannabis, a violation.  

In total, investigators seized 86 boxes of marijuana, THC products, flavored vapes, and cash. The Town of Huntington issued building and fire violations.  

Casillo and Lembeck were both released on a Desk Appearance Ticket and are scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on December 2.
