Brookhaven Town Councilwoman Jane Bonner joined Port Jefferson Mayor Lauren Sheprow for the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the grand opening of House Boutique at its new location, 301 E Main Street in Port Jefferson.
House Boutique is a retail shop that recently relocated from Mount Sinai to Port Jefferson, contributing to the vitality of the Village’s Main Street business district. The ribbon cutting marked an exciting new chapter for the boutique and highlighted the continued growth of small businesses in the area.
During the event, Bonner congratulated the owners on their successful move and welcomed them to their new location. “Small businesses are a key part of what makes our downtown areas successful throughout Brookhaven,” she said. “We are proud to recognize House Boutique as it continues to grow and contribute to the community.”
On behalf of the Town Board, Bonner presented the owners of House Boutique with a certificate of congratulations in recognition of their achievement and their contribution to the local economy.
