A man was arrested for allegedly selling flavored vape products in a West Hempstead store yesterday.
On July 7 at 5:30 p.m., Bilawal H. Shah, 30, of 64 Northwood Court, North Babylon, was allegedly selling flavored vape products at the NR Mart Convenience Store located at 177 Hempstead Avenue. During the investigation, officers observed a large quantity of flavored vape products displayed for sale.
Shah is charged with Sale of Restricted Products and Sale of Flavored Products Prohibited. He was issued a Desk Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to First District Court, Hempstead on Thursday, August 7.
