Nassau County Legislator Scott M. Davis (D-Rockville Centre) joined the New Greater Hempstead Chamber of Commerce and his colleagues in town and village government in celebrating the grand opening of Fish Fry Fridays on January 24.
Davis presented the owners with a Nassau County Legislature Citation in recognition of the momentous occasion.
“Small businesses are the backbone of our local economy, and they are a reflection of the diverse and vibrant communities that they serve,” Davis said. “I welcome this new enterprise to the Hempstead Village business community and look forward to them enjoying many years of success.”
