Suffolk County Police cited the manager of a Huntington Station sports bar during an inspection.
In response to community complaints, Second Precinct Crime Section Officers in conjunction with New York State Liquor Authority, Town of Huntington Fire Marshal, and Town of Huntington Ordinance Inspector, conducted an SLA Inspection at Sports Bar El Cuscatleco, located at 137A Broadway, on October 18 at 12:09 a.m.
Precinct Crime Section officers cited the manager, Sariel Castro, 26, of 21 Harding Place, Huntington Station, four SLA violations.
He is scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on November 7.
The Town of Huntington Fire Marshals and Town of Huntington Ordinance Inspector issued nine combined Building, Fire and Code Violations to the owner and are conducting a further investigation into the business.
