Eagle Chevrolet celebrated its grand reopening at its existing location in Riverhead, located at 1330 Old Country Road, on April 3.

According to the website, Eagle Chevrolet of Riverhead has been around since 2002. Its inventory is predominantly made up of late-model trucks and SUVs, as well as pre-owned vehicles, some under $20,000.

Dealer Principal/General Manager Adonai McCormack, who acquired the dealership two-and-a-half years ago, said what makes the newly renovated dealership different from the previous version is that, “while the old one had character, we wanted not just the core values of our dealership to match — like how we treat our customers — but imagery.”

By imagery, he meant “what we are looking to do within the community,” McCormack said. “We are looking to grow it, we’re looking to build it and we’re looking to give back.”

With a roster of 130 employees, Eagle Chevrolet of Riverhead also expanded its service area with 16 service bays so that customers can experience less wait times while their cars are being worked on.

Future plans include “just to improve on our performance as well as improve on what we are able to offer our community, regardless of how far they come,” McCormack said.

When they come to the dealership, McCormack said, he looks forward to having them “identify Eagle as one having one of the best customer experiences they have, whether purchasing a vehicle or when they are being serviced.”
