Alcohol Allegedly Served to Minors at Huntington Restaurant

Suffolk County Police arrested two bartenders of a Huntington restaurant during an inspection.  

In response to a community complaint, Second Precinct Crime Section Officers, the New York State Liquor Authority, the Town of Huntington Fire Marshal, and the Town of Huntington Code Enforcement Inspector conducted a SLA Inspection at Finley’s of Greene Street, located at 43 Green Street, on August 1 at 11 p.m. 

Two bartenders of the restaurant were arrested for allegedly selling alcoholic beverages to underage police agents: 

  • Hailey Greathouse, 24, of Holbrook, was charged with two counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a  Child in the First Degree (a Class A misdemeanor) and two counts of Prohibited Sale to a Person less than  21 (an unclassified misdemeanor). 
  • Juan Salamanca Jr., 24, of Huntington Station, was charged with three counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree (a Class A misdemeanor) and three counts of Prohibited Sale to a Person less than 21 (an unclassified misdemeanor). 

Both arrestees are scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on August 21. 

The Town of Huntington Fire Marshals and Town of Huntington Code Enforcement Inspector issued six combined Building, Fire and Code Violations to the manager. The New York State Liquor Authority issued three violations and is conducting a further investigation into the business.
