Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating a two-vehicle crash that seriously injured two brothers in Deer Park.
Cody Chui was driving a 2026 Toyota Supra northbound on Deer Park Avenue on January 4 when he lost control of the vehicle, which then crossed into the southbound lanes in front of 1948 Deer Park Ave. and was struck by a 2022 Dodge Ram at approximately 10:40 a.m.
Chui, 19, and his brother, Kyle Chui, 18, both of Deer Park, who was a passenger in the vehicle, were transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip for treatment of serious injuries. The driver of the Dodge, Jagdeep Singh, 49, of Dix Hills, was not injured.
Both vehicles were impounded for a safety check. Detectives are asking anyone with information on this crash to call the First Squad at 631-854-8152.
