A 60 year-old-man was injured in a crash that occurred in East Northport.
On August 18 at approximately 10:35 p.m., a motorcyclist was operating a 2024 Trailmaster motorcycle northbound on Larkfield Road when he crashed into the passenger side of a 2024 Cadillac SUV as it was making a left turn from the southbound lane onto Shelbourne Lane. The motorcycle and the Cadillac were impounded for safety checks.
The motorcyclist, whose name is being withheld, was transported to South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore in serious condition. There were no other injuries.
