Suffolk County Police Fifth Squad detectives are investigating a single-vehicle crash that killed a man in East Patchogue.
On September 26, Raymond Gotta was driving a 2018 Hyundai Elandra eastbound on the Sunrise Service Road, when his vehicle left the roadway near Hospital Road and crashed into a tree at approximately 9 a.m.
Gotta, 81, of East Patchogue, was transported to NYU Langone Hospital – Suffolk County, where he was pronounced dead.
