Andrew Sack Follows in His Father’s Footsteps and Joins His Employment Law Firm

Brings Sports Law to the Firm As a New Practice Area  

 

Andrew Sack has joined The Law Offices of Steven Mitchell Sack. He will be working side-by-side with his father and firm Owner, Steven Mitchell Sack, “The Employee’s Lawyer.”

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sack worked for both Plaintiff and Defense employment law firms. He has advocated for employees’ rights, and also defended companies in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract and wage and hour disputes.

Mr. Sack is admitted to practice before New York and New Jersey federal and state courts. He has counseled his clients regarding federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, as well as personnel issues, employment policies, restrictive covenants, employment handbooks, and compliance with state and federal employment laws. He also represents numerous executives and employees in severance negotiations, breach of contract, and employment contract negotiations.

Mr. Sack also has a legal background in the sports industry which he is bringing to the firm as a new practice area. He teaches both Bachelor’s- and Master’s-level sports law courses at LIU Post which entail the legal and ethical issues, sports marketing and management and the business of sports, such as Sports Law, Legal and Ethical Issues in Sport, Sports Marketing, and Legal Aspects of Business Administration.
