Dozens of vendors came together for the Syosset Farmers Market grand opening on May 11. Vendors offer a variety of goods from fresh produce to baked goods to gift items like candles and arranged soaps.
The farmer’s market is located outside the American Legion Hall at 68 Berry Hill Road in Syosset.
“Not only do farmer’s markets bring the freshest and healthiest local produce right into our backyards, they also provide entrepreneurs with an important launching pad to elevate their businesses to new heights,” Deputy Minority Leader Drucker said. “I encourage everyone to support this wonderful new endeavor and make the Syosset Farmer’s Market a new part of your family’s Saturday morning routine.”
