The incident, which occurred on November 25, 2023 at around 6:10 p.m., took an unexpected turn when an Uber Eats driver, in the midst of making deliveries, collided with a mailbox at a residence on Dogwood Lane and then fled the scene. The search for the driver is ongoing, as authorities aim to address the property damage and hold the responsible party accountable.
