Nassau County Legislators Scott M. Davis (D-Rockville Centre) and Seth I. Koslow (D-Merrick) were among the featured panelists at the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) “New Faces of the Nassau & Suffolk County Legislatures” breakfast forum, which was held at the Heritage Club at Bethpage in Farmingdale on February 16.

“LIBOR has demonstrated an impressive commitment to fostering the success and professional development of its more than 30,000 members, and the benefits of their efforts are directly felt by home buyers and sellers on a daily basis,” Davis said. “I appreciate LIBOR for providing us with this opportunity to share our vision for the future of Nassau County, and I commend them for their commitment to ensuring fairness, equity, and access to the American dream for families throughout our region.”

“For countless home buyers and sellers, Realtors are tremendously valuable for helping us navigate the complexities of this process, especially the issues of affordability that disproportionately impact Long Island’s working class and communities of color,” Koslow said. “LIBOR is an indispensable resource for imparting knowledge, expertise and the latest professional standards to its members and ensuring the and accessibility of Nassau’s housing market, which is instrumental to the future prosperity of our region. I am looking forward to working with LIBOR and its members to maximize home ownership opportunities.”
