Nassau County officers from the Fourth Squad are investigating a burglary that occurred in Inwood.
On January 30 at 2:44 a.m., Fourth Precinct officers responded to UHaul Moving and Storage, located at 20A Sheridan Boulevard for a Commercial Burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that an unknown male forcibly pulled open the front sliding glass doors and entered the store. Further investigation revealed that a set of car keys was taken and a 2025 Ford Van with an Arizona license plate AM94489 was removed from the front parking lot by the subject.
The investigation is ongoing.
