A Massapequa man on Friday, January 16, 2026 at 12:07 PM for multiple Larcenies that occurred between April 21st, 2025 and September 2nd, 2025 in Nassau County.
According to Nassau County Electronic Squad (ELS) and Fraud/Forgery Detectives, between April 21, 2025 and September 2, 2025, the subject allegedly made multiple unauthorized charges on a credit card totaling approximately $108,000. On October 23, 2025 a report was filed on the unauthorized charges and an investigation was conducted.
Following a thorough investigation, Anastassios Poukamisas, 30, was found to have been responsible. He was located and placed under arrest without incident.
Police charged Poukamisas with one count of Grand Larceny in the Second Degree. He was arraigned on January 17 at First District Court in Hempstead.
