A juvenile from New Hyde Park has been arrested for allegedly possessing two weapons while at high school.
On November 19 at 9:30 a.m., a 14-year-old male was allegedly found to be in possession of a BB gun and a knife on the grounds of New Hyde Park Memorial High School located at 500 Leonard Boulevard.
The male juvenile, who was not names because of his age, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Person Under 16. He was released on an Appearance Ticket returnable to Nassau County Family Court.
