A Setauket woman has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a man to death in front of a Stony Brook residence.
On November 10, Christopher Millwater, 52, of Selden, was found with stab wounds in front of 21 Shore Road at approximately 3:40 a.m. Millwater was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Homicide Squad detectives charged Kacy Corso, 33, of 83 Lower Sheep Pasture Road, with Murder in the Second Degree. She was held overnight at the Fourth Precinct and scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on November 20.
