Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department’s Homicide Squad are asking for the public’s help in locating the subject(s) wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred in Freeport over 40 years ago.
Susan Mann was recovered as a Jane Doe on November 4, 1982 in a dumpster located at Cantor Glass Works 421 North Main Street in Freeport. She was 15 years old at the time of her disappearance from her home in Hollis, Queens on May 17, 1980. She was wearing the clothing and the pendant pictured when she was last seen.
The investigation is ongoing.
