Wanted for Mastic Beach Hit and Run

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Seventh Precinct Investigative Unit officers are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the driver who struck a scooter rider in Mastic Beach last month. 

A 19-year-old riding a scooter was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Jefferson Drive and Neighborhood Road in Mastic Beach on August 26 at 11:23 p.m. The vehicle allegedly fled eastbound on Neighborhood Road. The male was transported to NYU Langone Hospital Suffolk in Patchogue for treatment of minor injuries. 

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
