Suffolk County Legislator Manuel Esteban Sr., Esq. (R-Commack) is partnering up with Long
Island Cares to support their Baxter’s Pet Pantry Program, utilizing his office as a dropoff
location for pet food during the month of March.
Many families are forced to give up their pets as a result of not being able to make ends meet.
This program focuses on keeping families and their pets together. Donations may be dropped off
at 6080 Jericho Turnpike, Suite 307 in Commack.
For any questions or any assistance carrying items, call (631) 854-5100.
“No family should have to say good-bye to their pet because they are struggling financially,”
Esteban said. “I am very proud to partner with Long Island Cares to help out with such an
important cause.”
