Both Subjects Were in the U.S. Illegally
Nassau County police raided two massage parlors in Hicksville and resulted in the arrests of two women. It was later learned that both women entered the country illegally and are subject to removal proceedings by Immigration and Custome Enforcement (ICE).
On July 31 at 2:35 pm., an investigation was conducted at Spring Day Spa located at 77B N. Broadway. It was determined illegal massages were being conducted at the location. Bifang Lin, 43, of 4211 Parsons Boulevard was arrested.
Police charged Lin with Unauthorized Practice of Profession. She was issued an Appearance Ticket and taken into custody by ICE
Later that day, at 4:16 pm in Hicksville, an investigation was conducted at Modern Life Wellness located at 36 W. Village Green. The investigation revealed that prostitution and illegal massages were being conducted at this location.
Sandra Toro-Perez, 31, of 45-02 189th Street was arrested and charged with Prostitution and Unauthorized Practice of a Profession. She was issued an Appearance Ticket and taken into custody by ICE.
