
An e-bike was hospitalized with a head injury after colliding with a car in North Massapequa.
According to Nassau County police, on July 18 at 8:35 p.m., a 2010 Toyota being operated by a 23-year-old male was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Boundary Avenue and South Brittany Drive when a 17-year-old male traveling westbound on Boundary Avenue on his E-bike collided with his vehicle. The bicyclist fell to the ground and hit his head, causing injury. He was transported to a nearby hospital by a Nassau County Police Helicopter.
There were no other injuries reported.
