
Three Charged with Aggravated DWI
Deputies from the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office arrested ten individuals for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) during the weekend of July 11-13. The arrests were part of the Sheriff’s Office’s enhanced summer impaired driving enforcement, announced by Sheriff Errol D. Toulon, Jr., earlier this month. Three drivers were charged with Aggravated DWI, having registered more than twice the legal limit.
“Each arrest made by our Deputies could very well be a life saved. Our enforcement efforts aim to prevent tragedy before it strikes, and I commend the deputies involved for their diligence in keeping our roads safe,” Toulon said.
The following have been arrested for aggravated DWI:

Julia Garofallou Julia Garofallou, 25, of Ridge, who was arrested on July 11 after being observed failing to maintain her lane on North Ocean Avenue.
Manuel Bonillaquito Garofallou allegedly displayed signs of intoxication, including slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and unsteady movements. She registered a .18% BAC and was charged with Aggravated DWI.
- Kaliyah Keitt (pictured, above), 23, of Hauppauge, who was arrested on July 11 after allegedly running a red light on West Main Street in Patchogue. Upon an interview, Keitt allegedly displayed signs of intoxication, including slurred speech, glassy eyes, and a strong odor of alcohol on her breath. She registered a .20% BAC and was charged with Aggravated DWI.
- Manuel Bonillaquito, 46, of Patchogue, who was arrested on July 11 after allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign and driving on the wrong side of the road near Edwards Street and Rider Avenue in Patchogue. Open Corona beers were found in the vehicle. Bonillaquito allegedly displayed signs of intoxication, including slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and unsteady movements. He registered a .19% BAC and was charged with Aggravated DWI.

Ryan Guzy Ryan Guzy, 28, of Shirley, who was arrested on July 11 after he was observed swerving and driving in the shoulder on the Long Island Express east of Exit 65. He registered a .17% BAC and was charged with DWI.
- Luis Morochoguartasarca, 25, of Patchogue, who was arrested on July 12 after allegedly running a red light near Potters Avenue and East Main Street in Patchogue. He allegedly exhibited signs of intoxication and later submitted to a chemical breath test, resulting in a .12% BAC.
- Andreanna Santacroce, 21, of Islip, who was arrested on July 12 after being observed speeding at 78 miles per hour in a 45-mile-per-hour zone and failing to signal lane changes on Patchogue-Holbrook Road. Her BAC was measured at .14% and she was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
- Jerson Cajamarcalucero, 25, of Brookhaven, who was arrested on July 12 after allegedly swerving between lanes and making an improper wide right turn on Montauk Highway and Americus Avenue. He allegedly exhibited signs of intoxication and registered a .14% BAC. He was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
- Victor Yubi, 58, of Huntington, who was arrested on July 13 on the westbound Long Island Expressway at Exit 50 after being observed driving at 85 miles per hour,

Jose Tacuricarillo , 29, of Patchogue, who was arrested on July 13 near 257 Medford Avenue, after allegedly failing to use headlights and making an improper turn. He allegedly exhibited signs of intoxication and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

Jason White , 34, of Bayport, who was arrested on July 13 on the Sunrise Highway South Service Road west of Nicolls Road after he was observed swerving between lanes and speeding. He allegedly exhibited signs of intoxication and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
