Members of the Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce, elected officials and their representatives came out to VIO Med Spa to celebrate not only its grand opening, but its first-ever spa on Long Island in Patchogue.
The location opened up in October 2024, according to Co-Owner Tommy Regouklas. It was the site of a Mattress Firm; before that, it was a Sleepy’s. The lease was signed in June 2023. Construction took between three and four months, he said.
Regouklas said Patchogue was the perfect fit, having owned Orange Therapy, Beach Bum Tanning and LA Fitness franchises in the area. “We had a lot of success here,” he said.
“It’s a great community,” added Co-Owner Nick Galanis.
The 3,600-square-foot spa currently employs 10 people, with more joining the roster over the coming weeks, Regouklas said. Among the services VIO Med Spa provides include medical-grade facials, laser hair removal, EmSculpt® NEO body sculpting, Glo2Facials and hydrafacials, therapy and wellness programs, intravenous therapy, weight loss, B-12 and immunity booster shots.
“We are constantly adding to our [list of services],” Regouklas said.
Galanis said they will soon introduce hormone pellet therapy. “It helps to balance out your hormone levels,” he said. “It’s not synthetic, it’s natural.”
What makes VIO Med Spa unique, Regouklas said, is that “we do it all. We combine all of our services into one location.” In addition, “we follow every aspect of the law for safety reasons.”
Galanis said they have a board-certified doctor on staff. “We have a great team behind them,” he said, adding that having a doctor “brings so much value” to the spa.
Future plans include opening a second location in East Northport and “20 more” on the Island “over the next six or seven years.” He also thanked the Patchogue community for its “immense amount of support.”
