Woman Wanted by ICE Arrested for Stealing Products from Her Employer

A Uniondale woman who has an outstanding warrant of removal was arrested for stealing products from a Valley Stream business where she worked.

On November 16, 2024 at 5:04 p.m. and December 7, 2024 at 5:10 p.m., Sandra Campos, 38, of 1127 Midland Street, concealed carwash compounds into five-gallon buckets and removed them from her place of employment, located at 229 E Merrick Road, without permission.

On March 25 at 12:40 p.m., responding officers located Campos and placed her under arrest without incident.

Police charged Campos with petit larceny. She was issued a desk appearance ticket returnable on Thursday, April 10, 2025 to First District Court in Hempstead. Further investigation revealed that Campos had an outstanding warrant of removal, pending with the U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) and has been placed into their custody.
