Suffolk County officers arrested a woman for allegedly selling cannabis products at an Eastport store.
On February 24 at about 10:05 p.m., officers executed a compliance check at Sam’s Smoke Shop, located at 498 Montauk Highway, during which a worker, Jasmine Reyes, 19, of Mastic, allegedly sold cannabis products to an undercover officer.
Reyes is charged with unlawful sale of cannabis and unauthorized sale of cannabis products without a license. Reyes was released on a field appearance ticket and is expected to be arraigned at First District Court.
