A man was arrested for public lewdness while watching two underage girls.
A family member of two girls reported to police that a man was naked and committing a lewd act while watching the girls, who are minors, from the window of his home, located at 2975 Sunrise Highway, on
August 30.
Following an investigation by Third Squad detectives, Joseph Zink was arrested on September 2 at approximately 3:50 p.m.
Zink, 59, was charged with public lewdness and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was held overnight at the Third Precinct and scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on September 3.
